Project Description :
Video Interaction Training is a communication methodology developed in the Netherlands and during last two decades implemented in a number of European countries (for example Czech Republic, Hungary, UK, Poland, Norway etc.).
The VIT-er makes video recordings (digital) of daily life situations in family life, schools, hospitals etc. After recording, the tapes will be analysed together with the client. Good moments of communication (based on micro-analyses) are the basic for the development of the way parents, teachers and other educators communicate with the one(s) they support or educate. The method can also be used in a team development.
This project aims to build-up an European cooperation based on Video Interaction Training in youth care.
The project will implement VIT-training in one of the partner countries - Romania. It intends to establish a VIT infrastructure in this country.
The project will develop new ICT tools compatible with Video Interaction Training, to coach and support the coaches at a distance.
The project will develop an international website, with the possibility for e-learning. Because of valorisation a conference is also foreseen.
