WP2: Needs assessment

Introduction:

The project has to address to well defined needs. These needs are identified in advance of the project. During this activity the needs will be assessed in more details in every participating country.

These needs are related to the type and form of ICT application to the VIT programme (which new tools are needed?), the needs regarding the international exchange of VIT knowledge (what are the needs of the international partners?), and the needs related to the pilot project in Romania (what are the needs of the target groups: students, universities and professionals in youth care...).

Objective:

To determine detailed needs assessment for each country both for implementation and for valorisation of the project results. The project has to address the identified needs.
